Usage terms

The place/venue for conducting the arbitration proceedings shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The governing and procedural law shall be the Indian Arbitration and Reconciliation Act, 1996.
  3. Failing arbitration, any disputes or claims relating to these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and You hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.
