Ticketing terms
By purchasing this ticket, You agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions contained herein, as well as all rules, regulations, and instructions (hereinafter referred to as "T&Cs") issued by M/s For The Tribe ("We", "Us", "Organisers", "Management").
Ticketing & entry
- Tickets are non-cancelable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
- No Ticket QR means no entry.
- Once a ticket has been purchased, no requests for refund or replacement will be entertained.
- Any ticket purchased is meant solely and exclusively for personal use by the person in whose name the ticket has been issued.
- You must not transfer or seek to transfer tickets purchased by you. Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain. If Management has reason to believe tickets have been resold, they will be invalidated and the holder will be refused admission without refund, compensation and/or liability.
- Management reserves the right to alter and/or vary the content and/or timing of any part of the event in circumstances beyond its control without any obligation to make refunds or exchange tickets.
- Tickets are required for attendees aged 8 years and above.
- Entry will not be permitted in the absence of a valid government photo ID.
- Artist programming and lineup is subject to change during the event.
- Once you leave the venue/event, no re-admission is allowed. Only Management has the right to allow re-admission at its sole discretion.
- All minors under age 12 are to be accompanied by an adult.
- Parking at designated areas at the venue, or generally near the venue, is at your own risk. We accept no liability or responsibility for claims arising in relation to parking. Illegal parking is prohibited and violators are liable to be prosecuted by authorities.
- You agree not to violate any applicable local, state, national or other law, and/or any regulations having the force of law, while attending this event.
- You agree that you are attending this event at your own risk and are solely responsible and liable for all acts and conduct committed by you during your attendance.
- Do not litter the festival premises. Respect and maintain the sanctity of the festival premises. Failure or refusal to comply gives Management the right to ask you to leave without refund, compensation, liability or other recourse.
Prohibited items
- Carrying outside food, edible items, beverages, drinks and/or liquids of any kind is not permitted, except empty water containers. Such items are subject to confiscation.
- Dangerous or potentially hazardous objects, including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles or glass items, are prohibited.
- Illegal drugs, articles and/or other intoxicating substances are prohibited. Possession, consumption, or enabling such possession or consumption will be reported to the police and may result in legal action.
- Cigarettes, matchboxes, lighters, e-cigarettes, vapes, smoking items, and any other item Management considers prohibited are not allowed. Bringing, carrying, possessing or consuming prohibited items may result in denial of entry and/or removal without refund, compensation, liability or other recourse.
Rights of admission & security
- Management reserves all rights of admission to the event.
- Management may refuse entry to and/or remove any person from the event at any time, at its sole discretion and for any reason whatsoever, without refund, compensation, liability or other recourse.
- For entry to the venue and/or event site, you expressly agree to a security check including a body search, frisking and inspection of carried items by security staff.
- Management reserves the right to conduct spot checks, including body searches, frisking and inspection of carried items, during the event at its sole discretion.
- Management may refuse entry to or remove any person found carrying prohibited items. No refund, compensation, liability or other recourse shall be available in such a case.
- For safety and health reasons, Management may refuse entry to or remove any person, or their acquaintance, found or suspected to be unhealthy, suffering from an infectious disease, or causing a safety or health hazard. No refund, compensation, liability or other recourse shall be available.
Intellectual property
- We may photograph, film, broadcast, live stream and/or record the event. You irrevocably agree, free of charge, to be filmed, photographed and/or sound recorded, and grant M/s For The Tribe a worldwide, perpetual licence and sublicense to use, alter, modify, reproduce, broadcast, make publicly accessible and distribute those recordings for commercial and non-commercial purposes.
- You may record audio, audiovisual media, film and photographs of the event. You agree that all intellectual property rights in such media recorded by You belong to and are irrevocably transferred, in perpetuity and free of charge, to M/s For The Tribe for commercial, non-commercial and any other purpose.
Limitation of liability
- M/s For The Tribe, including its owners, management, employees and affiliates, accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any claim towards any person or organisation arising pursuant to attendance of the event. You agree to attend at your own risk.
- You are solely responsible for all acts and conduct committed by you during the event. We will not be liable for any act, conduct or statement made by you. You agree to indemnify and hold M/s For The Tribe harmless from claims arising from your acts, conduct or statements.
- No claim and/or liability for damages shall arise against M/s For The Tribe resulting from the acts, conduct or statements of any third party, including other attendees and venue personnel.
- Views and statements expressed by speakers, performers and/or attendees are their own. Information distributed as part of the event does not constitute advice and should not be relied upon.
- If performance or execution of the event is prevented, restricted, delayed or interfered with by causes beyond the Organisers' reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, war, civil disturbance, epidemic, government orders, permit suspension, labour disputes, utility or transportation failure, or similar force majeure events, the Organiser is excused from performance for that duration and is not liable for ticket refunds, exchanges, compensation, damages, losses, costs or expenses arising from cancellation, postponement or alteration.
Miscellaneous
- Pets are permitted at the event. M/s For The Tribe shall not be liable for injury, damage or loss caused to a pet or by a pet to attendees, personnel or other pets. The pet owner agrees to indemnify Us and warrants that the pet is well-behaved, non-aggressive, vaccinated, free from contagious disease and not a health hazard. Management may refuse entry to or remove a pet and owner who fail these requirements without refund or compensation.
- M/s For The Tribe shall not be liable for claims or damages arising from your purchase, possession or consumption of food, beverages or related items from vendors at the venue. You acknowledge that any such purchase, possession or consumption is entirely at your own risk.
General
- These T&Cs and anything relating to them shall be interpreted, construed and governed by the laws of India, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
- This section is the "Arbitration Agreement." Any disputes or claims arising between you and M/s For The Tribe relating to these T&Cs shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The governing and procedural law shall be the Indian Arbitration and Reconciliation Act, 1996.
- Failing arbitration, disputes or claims relating to these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and You accept the jurisdiction of those courts.
- No failure or delay by Us in exercising any right or remedy under these T&Cs or law constitutes a waiver of that or any other right or remedy, nor does it prevent or restrict further exercise of any right or remedy.
- Each provision in these T&Cs is severable. The unenforceability of one or more provisions does not affect the enforceability of any other provision or the remainder of these T&Cs. An invalid or unenforceable provision shall, where applicable, be replaced by a valid provision.
